Common answers
Most questions have an answer already:
- Questions and answers covers what a card is, holding and paying with one, and safety.
- The install guide walks through putting the software on a blank card.
- The developer page is for building a wallet, till or service.
Write to support@cashucard.org for help with the Cashu Card Provisioner app or an operator account on ops.cashucard.org. Say which phone and app version you use and what happened. Leave out passwords, PINs and card secrets.
Questions and bugs
Ask questions in GitHub Discussions, where answers help the next person too. Report a bug as a GitHub issue.
Security, conduct and privacy
- Report a security problem privately to security@cashucard.org or through a GitHub security advisory.
- Report a code of conduct problem to conduct@cashucard.org.
- Send privacy requests to privacy@cashucard.org. The privacy policy explains what we hold.
